The Cobra Gang, led by the Three Cobra Brothers (毒蛇三兄弟, Kobura San Kyōdai), is a group of horseback plunderers in Tatakae!! Ramenman and the initial antagonists of the series.

The Cobra Gang travels the land plundering different villages and killing all those who attempt to stop them. They were responsible for the death of Ramenman's father and Shumai's village.
