Magnitude-1 Man is a volcano chōjin. Seen as a Perfect Chojin in the Perfect Large Numbers Arc, but by the time of the Demon Seed Arc, he is seen in Meltdown's Navigation System Input as a Justice Chojin.

Magnitude-1 Man first appears as a Perfect Chojin, member of Neptune King Corps, but then, he's portrait as a Justice Chojin, and member of the Chojin Committee.

Was one of many Perfect Chojin that were approaching Earth, in order to invade it, taking part in a plan about impersonating Justice Chojin and causing massive chaos. But once Neptune King was defeated, Neptuneman sacrifices himself, showing that their plan ended up in a failure. Magnitude-1 Man, alongside many of his fellow Perfect Chojin, decided to return to deep space.
Deep of Muscle 18[]
Magnitude-1 Man was send by the Chojin Comitee to stop Terryman for giving up on his duties and go to help Kinnikuman. He almost starts a fight with him, but one of Terryman's student, Dickieman, jumps into action, charging towars him, and defeating Magnitude-1 Man, in a similar way of how Terryman defeated The Mountain.
