About
As a dragon god, he is a dragon from the celestial realm. Several hundreds of years ago, he became trapped under a tree and was rescued by five heroes. Because of this, he promised to revive five people who died from illness or injury once every 100 years with the Stones of Life (生命の石, Inochi no Ishi). When Victory Ramenman and his Kensei Go Kasen attempt to stop Gyokuo and his Anki Go Tensei from using the stones, he forces them to compete in a team battle to decide who shall gain them.
