About[]

A walking, talking cell-phone from Hong Kong. He killed an American pro-wrestler named Voyager at an all-Japan Pro Wrestling match with Slicing Antennae. He challenged Mantaro to a 4:44:44 deathmatch at the Nippon Budokan. During his match against Mantaro, rain short-circuited him and his phone lines disconnected; this resulted in Mantaro's victory.

Personality Due his lack of facial expressions, he seems like an stoic and serious opponent. He is a manipulative and tricky chojin that use psychological damage to his victims, impersonating people that his rival fears or respect in order to gain victory. He is also quite sadistic, as seen when he kills a human without remorse.

Kinnikuman Nisei[]

d.M.p Arc[]

Tel-Tel Boy appears cover in a hood that hides his true form, and with Kevin Mask and MAXman, he appears to confront Mantaro at a wrestling ring. But before the fight even starts, Tel-Tel Boy makes use of his Antenna Lash to trap and kill one of the human wrestlers that were on the ring.

He is challenged by Mantaro, after Alexandria Meat riles the crowd and manipulates Mantaro into challenging one of the d.M.p, and - being the smallest of the trio - Mantaro chooses him under the misguided belief he will be easiest to defeat. [1] During the battle, he takes the form of Ramenman, who was Mantaro's trainer, in hopes of emotionally manipulating him and gaining the upper-hand with psychological warfare. He then takes the form of a dog that traumatized Mantaro. [2] He follows this by appearing as Buffaloman and finally Suguru Muscle, who he thinks will traumatize Mantaro most, but he underestimates their unhealthy and co-dependent relationship. [3]

Mantaro is not scared by this tactic, but instead finally gains an advantage and starts to win the match. This is followed by Mantaro breaking his SIM card to stop the psychological attacks, followed by breaking the roof of the stadium to allow rain to fall and soak into Tel-Tel Boy, thus severely damaging him. Mantaro wins the match with a move like a Tiger-Driver. [4] Tel-Tel Boy pleads for help, after his defeat, but is ultimately murdered by Maxman.[5]
